SMILE CLUB Registration INFORMATION

Registration for our Smile Club is free and optional. All students will be photographed, regardless of Smile Club registration. You do not need to be a Smile Club member to view or order pictures, you just won't receive any deals or email communication from us.

By joining the Smile Club, you’ll enjoy:

Promotions, deals, and discounts are exclusively available to Smile Club members who have provided a valid email address. Picture Day Information

Make sure your student is looking their best when the bus arrives, and we'll take care of the rest. Our team only photographs in the morning before lunch and recess to ensure that every student looks their best when they arrive to our photography sets.

Refer to your school's parent dashboard for any and all information pertaining to your school's picture day, including what day your student will be photographed.

Ordering

We do not do any pre-ordering or pre-payments, and ordering pictures is optional. All ordering happens online through password secured galleries after picture day. Approximately 3–4 weeks after your student is photographed, online galleries will be ready to view and order from. All of our orders are ship-to-home for a small fee or free with a minimum purchase.

  • If you signed up for our Smile Club, you will receive communication directly from us when galleries are ready to view and order from.
  • If you did not sign up your student with us, your school will be responsible in communicating to you when their gallery is ready.

Can I review your data privacy policy?

Yes, you can access our data privacy policy here.

How long does it take to get my order?

During our peak season, print orders can take 3–4 weeks before they are added to our print queue and shipped out to you. Digital orders are sent to your email directly after placing your order.

Do you offer retouching?

Yes, you can add retouching to your order by selecting any image from your gallery, clicking BUY PHOTO and adding the retouching product to your cart. This one fee covers any image you order. If you add on retouching to a digital order, please note that your order will still be delivered directly after you place it, but will not be retouched. Once our team retouches your digital order, we will redeliver you a new download.

Do you offer text on photos?

No. Because we offer different size ratios we cannot offer text on photos. This includes class photos.

How do I order?

Bloom does not accept any pre-payment or pre-orders. You can order online through your student's picture day gallery using a credit or debit card. If for any reason you cannot place an order online or by using a credit or debit card, you can contact our studio to schedule a time to place an order in person at our studio.

How do I order for multiple students?

Approx. 3–4 weeks after your students are photographed, you will receive a gallery for each student photographed, and you will need to order from each gallery separately. As long as you use the same email address when you log into each gallery, you will be able to add all of your items from each gallery into the same shopping cart for easy checkout. Keep in mind, this only works for galleries created from the same picture day. Meaning, you cannot check out in one shopping cart from both a fall and spring picture day gallery unless they are in the same gallery. We do not combine multiple students images into one gallery for the reason that our pricing is structured for individual students.

What if I missed retakes?

Unfortunately, this means your student will not be photographed.

How much does it cost?

There is no fee for students to be photographed and no obligation to order. While there is no obligation to order, we greatly appreciate any orders that are placed with us. There is also no cost to your school to have our company come out to photograph all the students, staff and class pictures that happen throughout the year. This is one of the many reasons we rely on creating images that parents will love and want to purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your images, please reach out to us to discuss your options for a retake of your student. If you would like to see our price list in advance, please don't hesitate to request that from us by using the form below.

Why is there a © watermark on my photos?

To put it honestly, so people do not steal the images that we need to sell in order for us to continue to provide free photography services for the schools and districts that we contract with. Think of it as our version of a security tag at a department store.

If you are finding it hard to see your images and would like some additional options to view and order your photos, you can contact us through our Ask Us a Question Form and ask to view them differently. Asking nicely always earns brownie points with us also!

Can I get a picture of my children together?

Our school picture days are set up for individual students only. If you would like your children to be photographed together, check out our family sessions that we offer. Why do you make me destroy my order if a re-print is necessary?

If you need your order fixed, we are happy to do so as long as your original order is no longer usable. We will ask that in order for us to replace your order that you first show us that your original order is cut up and non-usable.

When will my gallery be ready and how do I order photos?

You will receive a password-protected gallery containing just your students pictures about 3-4 weeks after your school's picture day. Ordering instructions will be communicated from either us or your school through your school's parent dashboard website.

  • If you signed up for our Smile Club and gave us a valid email, you will receive communication directly from us.
  • If you did not register for our Smile Club, you will receive communication from your school.

If you feel like you missed an email, or want to check to see if your student's gallery is ready, head to your school's picture day dashboard to check when your student's gallery will be ready. If you do not know your school's dashboard URL, use our school finder search box below.

What’s my gallery access code?

It will either be your student’s ID number if they were assigned one from your school district, or something custom that your school has decided to use. If your student does not have an ID number, please refer to your school's dashboard for that information. If you do not know your school's parent dashboard URL, use our school finder search box below.

  • Due to data privacy acts, we cannot provide student ID#'s over the phone or via email. If you do not know your ID#, you will need to log into Infinite Campus or Parent Portal from your school's website to look it up. If your school does not have Infinite Campus, or Parent Portal, you will need to reach out to your school for this information.

What happens about bad weather?

It’s Colorado! We’ll wait it out if we can, otherwise it will be at our photographers' discretion to reschedule a picture day due to weather or other things that might be out of our control. We hope this is not the case, but our team will do our best to accommodate rescheduling. You will receive a notification from either us or your school if your picture day is rescheduled with new dates.

How much is shipping?

All print orders are ship to home. Our ship to home fee is $4.95. Digital Negatives are instantly delivered to your email after your order is placed with us, and there is no shipping charge unless your order included prints. We do not offer shipping to the school or the option to pick your order up from our studio.
