Step One: Register your student for our Smile Club

Registering for our Smile Club is optional and free. Regardless of registration, every student will be photographed and will receive an online gallery. Signing up must take place prior to your school's picture day. If you missed the ability to sign up, we hope you'll be able to join at your schools next picture day.

- By joining our Smile Club, you will receive additional images of your student to order from, direct communication from our studio about all things picture day and 10% off online orders.
- If you do not register your student, you will receive a standard headshot image of your student in their gallery to order from and communication to you about picture day information goes through the school.

Step Two: Picture Day
Make sure your student is looking their best when the bus arrives, and we'll take care of the rest. Our team only photographs in the morning before lunch and recess to ensure that every student looks their best when they arrive to our photography sets.
Refer to your school's parent dashboard for any and all information pertaining to your school's picture day, including what day your student will be photographed.
Step Three: Ordering
About 3 weeks after your student is photographed, their online gallery will be ready to view and order. We do not do any pre-ordering or pre-payments, and ordering pictures is optional. All of our orders are ship-to-home for a small fee or free with a minimum purchase.
- If you signed your student up with us through your school's parent dashboard, our team will email you when their gallery is ready.
- If you did not sign up your student with us, your school will be responsible in communicating to you when their gallery is ready.

How do I order a class composite?
For any school offering class composites. Please note, not all schools offer class composites.
Ordering Instructions: After logging into your student's gallery, select the image you would like in your composite. Click the BUY PHOTO button, select the CLASS COMPOSITE tab and add to your cart.
What if I missed registering for your Smile Club?
No worries, your student will still be photographed, and you will still receive a gallery for them. In order for our team and your school to prepare for your students pictures, our Smile Club registration must close before your first scheduled picture day. Our team has to print and organize picture day paperwork for each student photographed. Because our photographers already have that paperwork, we cannot add last-minute Smile Club registrations. Hold tight, you will receive communication from your school when your pictures are ready.
Do I have to register my student for pictures this year?
Signing up is optional, but encouraged if you would like your student to receive extra poses and images to order from. If you do not sign your student up, they will still be photographed by our team, but they will only receive a headshot image in their gallery.

What if I didn't get the variety of pictures I was expecting from registering my student?
Our registration process is not a guarantee, and there are a lot of factors that can go into why you might have not received what you were expecting. If your school offers retakes, your option would be to sign them up for retakes through your school's parent dashboard. If your school does not offer retakes, or retakes have passed, please reach out to us. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I missed retakes?
If you missed your school's retakes, your option is to be added to our in-studio retake waitlist. Head to our Ask Us A Question form below to inquire with us about our waitlist.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for students to be photographed and no obligation to order. While there is no obligation to order, we greatly appreciate any orders that are placed with us. There is also no cost to your school to have our company come out to photograph all the students, staff and class pictures that happen throughout the year. This is one of the many reasons we rely on creating images that parents will love. If for any reason you are not in love with your images, please reach out to us to discuss your options for a retake of your student. How do I order?
Bloom does not accept any pre-payment or pre-orders. You can order online through your student's picture day gallery using a credit or debit card. If for any reason you cannot place an order online or by using a credit or debit card, you can contact our studio to schedule a time to place an order in person at our studio.
How do I order for multiple students?
Approx. 3 weeks after your students are photographed, you will receive a gallery for each student photographed, and you will need to order from each gallery separately. As long as you use the same email address when you log into each gallery, you will be able to add all of your items from each gallery into the same shopping cart for easy checkout. Keep in mind, this only works for galleries created from the same picture day. Meaning, you cannot check out in one shopping cart from both a fall and spring picture day gallery. We do not combine galleries for the reason that our pricing is structured for individual students.
Why is there a © watermark on my photos?
To put it honestly, so people do not steal the images that we need to sell in order for us to continue to provide free photography services for the schools and districts that we contract with. Think of it as our version of a security tag at a department store.

Can I get a picture of my children together?
Our school picture days are set up for individual students only. If you would like your children to be photographed together, check out our family sessions that we offer. When will my gallery be ready and how do I order photos?
You will receive a password-protected gallery containing just your students pictures about 3 weeks after your school's picture day. Ordering instructions will be communicated from either us or your school through your school's parent dashboard website.
- If you registered your student with us and gave us your email, you will receive communication from us.
- If you did not register your student with us, you will receive communication from your school.

What’s my gallery password?
It will either be your student’s ID number if they were assigned one from your school district, or something custom that your school has decided to use. If your student does not have an ID number, please refer to your school's dashboard for that information. What happens about bad weather?
It’s Colorado! We’ll wait it out if we can, otherwise it will be at our photographers' discretion to reschedule a picture day due to weather or other things that might be out of our control. We hope this is not the case, but our team will do our best to accommodate rescheduling. You will receive a notification from either us or your school if your picture day is rescheduled with new dates.
How much is shipping?
All print orders are ship to home. Our ship to home fee is $3.95 and for any orders over $55, it’s free. Digital Negatives are instantly delivered to your email after your order is placed with us, and there is no shipping charge unless your order included prints. We do not offer shipping to the school or the option to pick your order up from our studio.
